Ingredients list
- One kilograms of fish - Choose Tuna fish , Sail fish
- piece of cinnamon
- 100 grams of "Goraka"
- 1 1/2 Table spoon of salt
- 4 or 5 pods of Green chili
- 1 to 2 pieces Rampe and Karapincha (Pandan Leaves)
- Crushed garlic
- little bit of Pepper (3 or 4 tbs)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Ginger crushed
- Wash and cut the fish in to big pieces (1 x 1 inch size is good)
- Put "Goraka" to saucsepan, add a hot water - Keep goraka in saucsepan 10 -15 minutes with hot water until the goraka is soft
- Now drain the goraka piecse and grind untill as a paste
- Put goraka paste to Clay pot
- After Cut Green chili to small pieces
- Now take your goraka paste and add salt, Crushed garlic,Turmeric powder,Pepper , Crushed ginger ,Green Chili ,rampe , karapincha to it
- After mix well all - See Bellow Image for more ideas
- Now carefully add Fish to Above Mixture and mix well fish with paste - Don't Crush Fish
- Now take another clay pot for Cook Fish
- After Keep it your gas burner and add 1-1/2 cup of water to pot
- Now put carefully Fish Mixture to pot
- Cook over slow heat until the water is drain
