Let's see how to do it

Before get revenue license online You must obtain two documents
✪ Valid Vehicle Emission Test certificate
✪ Valid vehicle insurance certificate

Step 01
Go To →(ERl government of sri lanka)  https://www.gov.lk/services/erl/es/erl/view/index.action Click Here

Step 2 
Click Login button 

Step 03
Select Login with google  option ( select an authentication provider)

Step 04
Select Renew option ( See bottom of web site )

Step 05
Now Enter details of your vehicle (fill the form) and click ok
✮ Vehicle Registered Province
✬ Vehicle Registration Number
✬ Previous Revenue Licence Number
✬ Chassis Number

Step 06 
Next Enter the required details for vehicle number
✬ Your insurance company → Click validate button
✬ Vehicle emission test certificate details → Click validate button

 

Step  07

Once completed validate process click continue button 

Step 08

Now you have to pay money to get the license. Choose the payment method and click proceed

Example - use any visa card for it

Step 09
Now you will get a temporary revenue license.You will receive it as an email. check your email now.

 

Step 10

How to Check the validity of the temporary revenue license.  For that

Type

DMT (Space) RLS (Space) Vehicle Number

Send SMS to 1919 

Note

After a few days later you will receive the Revenue License by registered post
